Ripen it right
From bench to spoon.
Fast ripening — usually ready 2–3 days at room temperature. Use within 4–5 days once ripe.
- Day 1–2Fruit arrives firm. Leave on the bench, out of direct sun.
- Day 3–4Gentle press near the stem should yield slightly. Almost there.
- RipeSkin gives to soft pressure. Eat now, or chill for 2 more days.
