Green goddess smoothie bowl

A thick, spoonable smoothie that keeps you full till lunch. Reed avocados give the creamiest result.

Method

    Add avocado, banana, spinach, yoghurt, milk and honey to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 45 seconds until velvety. Add a splash more milk if too thick.

  3. 3

    Pour into two bowls — the mixture should be thick enough to hold a spoon upright.

  4. 4

    Top with sliced banana, blueberries, coconut flakes, granola and chia seeds.

Orchard tip

Bacon avocados are lighter and blend to a silkier smoothie than Hass — great for kids.
