Ripen it right

From bench to spoon.

Ripens 4–6 days at room temperature. Test with a light thumb press near the stem — should give slightly.

  1. Day 1–2
    Fruit arrives firm. Leave on the bench, out of direct sun.
  2. Day 3–4
    Gentle press near the stem should yield slightly. Almost there.
  3. Ripe
    Skin gives to soft pressure. Eat now, or chill for 2 more days.
