Ripen it right
From bench to spoon.
Fruits ripen at different rates on purpose. Sit them on the bench — you'll have ripe avocados across the whole week.
- Day 1–2Fruit arrives firm. Leave on the bench, out of direct sun.
- Day 3–4Gentle press near the stem should yield slightly. Almost there.
- RipeSkin gives to soft pressure. Eat now, or chill for 2 more days.
